Onboarding process
Discovery call
During this first stage, we'll get to know each other and decide on the perfect package that will help you reach your business goals. This involves discussing your current social media performance and where you would like it to be with my help.
Signing your contract and invoices
I will then send over an email agreement outlining what we discussed on the discovery call such as: your package or service deal, the terms and conditions and your first invoice. When first working with a new client, I will ask for a set deposit before the work commences.
As part of the bonus resources, I will also send over my portfolio and a copy of this onboarding process for your perusal.
Share contact details and resources
Once you are onboarded, we will then arrange regular calls to discuss progress or changes. We will also discuss expectations from each other and the best ways to communicate during my working hours.
You will also be provided a link to your own confidential google file folder where you can upload resources for content production (if agreed in your package), notes, proposal and additional paperwork.
Feedback
After your time working with @socialcharl_ we will discuss any next steps from both parties, I will send over a client feedback form for you to fill out and we will settle the remaining payment from your invoice.
